Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026 • We prioritize minimal data collection, complete transparency, and user privacy.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions shall apply throughout our platform and services:
Website (or 'Ripper Site', 'the Site') - Refers to our official domain (including https://ripper-ac.xyz/ and associated domains), pages, user dashboards, purchasing portals, support channels, and services accessible through our web platform.
Ripper Account - An authorized user account linked via official Discord OAuth2 authentication to access platform features, license dashboards, and scanner tools.
Ripper Tool (or 'Scan Tool', 'Ripper-AC') - A proprietary diagnostic anti-cheat software tool provided by Ripper, engineered to detect unauthorized cheat software, injected bypasses, and fair-play infractions in competitive gaming environments.
API Key - A unique cryptographic identifier used to authenticate developer or user access to Ripper APIs.
Hardware ID (or 'HWID') - A cryptographic hash value derived from physical device components (including CPU, GPU, and Motherboard serials), utilized as a non-personally identifiable identifier to recognize authorized devices and prevent credential sharing.
IP Address (or 'IP') - The numerical network identifier assigned to each device connected to the Internet, used for security telemetry, connection integrity, and anti-proxy verification.
User-Agent (or 'UA') - A standard technical string transmitted by web browsers and scanner clients identifying client software, architecture, and operating system versions.
Cookie - A small, secure text file placed on your device to maintain authenticated sessions and anti-CSRF protection.
Types of Information We Collect
We collect technical, diagnostic, and account-related data necessary to operate our platform and deliver anti-cheat verification:
2.1) Information Collected from Our Website:
• Registered User Information: When authenticating via Discord OAuth2, we collect your public Discord ID, username, discriminator, and avatar URL, as well as email addresses provided during payment checkout to manage access and deliver support.
• Login Information: Each time you authenticate into your Ripper Account, our servers record your IP Address and User-Agent to maintain session security, audit access, and prevent credential takeovers.
• API Usage Telemetry: Authenticated requests via user or developer API keys log the associated IP Address and User-Agent to monitor rate limits, prevent denial-of-service, and enforce security policies.
• Payment Transaction Records: We collect transaction reference IDs, purchase timestamps, and subscription states. We never process, see, or store raw credit card numbers or financial passwords.
2.2) Information Collected from the Ripper Tool (Scanner):
• Hardware ID (HWID): A non-reversible hash representing physical machine hardware components collected strictly for device authentication and anti-cheat enforcement.
• Device IP Address: Recorded at the exact time a scan is initiated to verify whether the device is employing VPNs or proxy services to evade detection.
• Gaming Identifiers: Linked gaming identifiers associated with the scan session (such as SteamID64, Minecraft UUIDs, or Discord user handles).
• Suspected Cheat Data & File Paths: File names, disk paths, process start times, and cryptographic hashes linked to confirmed or suspected cheat software. Path Sanitization: Any disk path containing your operating system's personal user folder name is automatically sanitized and redacted (e.g., C:/Users/****/Desktop/cheat.exe) to protect personal privacy.
• Forensic System & Clipboard Buffer Inspection: Active volatile memory and transient clipboard history buffers are inspected strictly against known malicious cheat signatures. Under strict data minimization principles, any text or data not matching verified cheat blacklists is discarded immediately in memory and is NEVER stored or exfiltrated.
• Verification Desktop Capture: A single multi-screen verification desktop screenshot taken at the final stage of the scan to document open diagnostic windows, active game instances, and anti-cheat status. Encrypted in transit and accessible solely via authorized report PINs.
2.3) Metrics & Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized telemetry tracking page interaction times and application performance to improve user experience.
2.4) Payment Processors: Financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Mercado Pago, Pix, Stripe, and CoinPayments) under their own privacy standards.
2.5) Partner Placements: Community resources and partner links do not deploy cross-site tracking scripts or ad-targeting pixels.
2.6) Other Third-Party Services: IP intelligence services evaluate whether a connection represents a datacenter or VPN proxy. Content delivery, DDoS mitigation, and SSL routing are secured by enterprise edge networks.
How We Use Collected Information
We utilize the data collected strictly to provide, protect, and enhance our services and anti-cheat ecosystem:
Operating, maintaining, and optimizing the Ripper website, member dashboards, and Ripper-AC scanning client.
Fulfilling orders, generating diagnostic scan PINs, issuing license keys, and provisioning Enterprise team sub-accounts.
Strengthening our cheat detection algorithms, training heuristic pattern recognition, and expanding signature databases.
Enforcing our Terms of Service, investigating fraudulent chargebacks, and safeguarding community fair-play integrity.
Zero-Monetization Commitment: We will NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
How We Store Collected Information & Transfers
All platform data is collected, stored, and processed on enterprise-grade cloud servers with multi-layered security protections:
We adhere to strict industry standards, utilizing modern TLS 1.3 encryption protocols for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive database records.
International Data Transfers: By utilizing our Website and Ripper Tool, you explicitly and affirmatively consent to the transference and storage of diagnostic data across our secure cloud infrastructure.
Granting this consent is an operational requirement for utilizing our services. If international data transfer is not acceptable under your local jurisdiction, you must immediately discontinue using our Website and Ripper Tool.
Lawful Basis for Processing (LGPD / GDPR)
Ripper ensures that all personal data collection and processing activities possess a clear, lawful basis under applicable data protection laws:
5.1) For Our Website: Consent. When creating a Ripper Account, logging in via Discord, or accessing paid services, you provide clear, unambiguous consent through affirmative actions such as completing registration or purchasing a plan.
5.2) For the Ripper Tool: Dual Basis of Consent and Legitimate Interests.
• When the Ripper Tool is downloaded and executed by a user, this constitutes affirmative consent to collect the specific diagnostic telemetry detailed in Section 2.2.
• Simultaneously, Ripper, tournament organizers, and gaming communities possess a fundamental Legitimate Interest in detecting and deterring cheating, ensuring competitive fairness, and maintaining clean gaming environments.
5.3) Transition from Consent to Legitimate Interests: The primary basis rests on Consent; however, this basis transitions to Legitimate Interests and Legal Defense in scenarios where an account is suspended or banned for severe Terms violations, chargeback fraud, or security threats to preserve evidence and enforce blacklists.
Children's Privacy & Age Compliance
Ripper enforces strict age safeguards and compliance with global children's privacy regulations (including COPPA):
Ripper does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. Individuals under 16 are strictly unauthorized to register accounts or use our scanning software.
Users between the ages of 16 and 18 are required to obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without proper authorization, please contact us immediately through our Discord ticket system so we can promptly purge the data and terminate the account.
